Delete your Ruaab account

In the app

1. Open Ruaab and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@ruaab.app with the subject “Delete my Ruaab account”, from your account's email address or mentioning your registered phone number. We reply within 7 days.

What happens to your data

• Straight away: your account is closed, your name and number are removed from your profile, your public listing pages and business card go offline, and your records are hidden.
• After 30 days: we permanently erase the account and everything in it — clients, listings, notes, reminders, photos and your waitlist sign-up. Until then, a deletion made by mistake can be undone by emailing us.
• Want it erased sooner? Ask in your email and we will erase it without waiting.
• To remove a single client or listing instead, delete it in the app; it is removed from your phone and from our servers.
